After Sales Enquiries & Support

Missing or Late Delivery
If you have placed and order with us and it has not arrived after 5 working days and you wish to follow this order up with us, please email our warehouse customer services at sales@datakits.co.uk . Please include your order ID in the subject line of a new email, wherever possible. This will allow us to locate the order and your parcel quicker.

Incomplete, Faulty Items & Returns Department
I you have received your order and it is incomplete, faulty or you wish you return in in accordance to our returns terms and conditions please email returns@datakits.co.uk so we can arrange for an RMA and rectify any issues that you may have. Please include your order ID in the subject line of a new email, wherever possible. This will allow us to handle your queries a lot quicker.

If your item is faulty outside of the initial 28 days from the order date and it is covered by a UK manufacturers warranty (i.e it is a branded item and not our own brand) you can contact the manufacturer from the list below to arrange for a warranty claim:

Opening Hours
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday During office hours 9am - 5pm. We try our very best to reply to any queries you may have as soon as possible but usually within 48 hours. We are sorry but we do not work weekends. Postage Collections are Monday - Friday also.

Address for Cheques
We accept Cheques for goods we advertise on our site. Please place an order as usual on the site and the option to pay via Cheque will be the last item in the checkout. You will then be emailed the address to post the cheque to and also the order number that we ask you write on the rear of the cheque. Cheques should be made out to DataKits.co.uk and posted to the address above. If you wish to pay by cheque, please complete our online order form and full instructions will be given with your order number
