VOIX MPX Black iPod MP3 Sound System [iPod-VoixMPX]
VOIX MPX Black iPod MP3 Sound System
The Voix MPX is a mould breaking 2.1 stereo system,
with a docking station that allows you to play and charge all dock-enabled
iPods.
It can also be used with any audio device that has a standard 3.5mm ear phone
socket (including MP3, TV, DVD, CD, Laptop, all Sony Walkman and Nokia MP3
mobile phones and games consoles), all at an unbelievable Hi-Fi quality,
projecting through the very latest in sound technology.
Housed in two slim-line black aluminium towers are eight 18w aluminium cone
neodymium magnet-driven speakers. For the high notes, each speaker unit has a
one-inch tweeter. Supporting these speakers is a powerful 36w subwoofer within
the base unit of the MPX active speaker.

Features of the
Voix MPX include:
Superb sound quality
-
Aluminium core drivers: Typical speakers have paper
cone diaphragms that can dampen high frequency response.
In contrast, the high strength-to-weight ratio of the aluminium cones used in
the MPX system, helps to produce a quicker response to the high-frequency
components of music.
-
Double Voice Coil: Each voice coil has two
windings, one connects to the left channel whilst the other to the right
channel. This enables the MPX to deliver true stereo output.
-
Neodymium Magnets: Small yet powerful neodymium
magnets, containing 6 times the magnetic strength of conventional magnets of the
same size, allow pinpoint control of the cones movement - a key factor to
maintaining ultra-low distortion.
-
In-built subwoofer: Strategically built into the
base of the MPX unit is a powerful 36W subwoofer.
Remote control
-
Lightweight, infrared, 12-key remote controls your
speaker-unit along with the main functions on your iPod. It is simple and
elegant and has the following buttons: on/off, mute, bass (+), volume (+),
treble (+), system reset, bass (-), volume (-), treble (-), rwd/rwd search
track, play/pause, fwd/fwd search track.

The MPX unit can be connected to a whole host of
other house-hold electronic items.
